Delivery Policy

Preorder delivery period 

Most of our items are available on a preorder basis unless labeled as "Ready Stock."

商品都是预定为主，除非显示有“Ready Stock”的选项

Preorder items are estimated to be delivered within 14–20 days after the preorder batch closing date.

我们的预购服饰会在每一期截单日期后的 预计14-20 天发货给大家

Please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been placed

订单下单后 一律不接受取消/更换订单

The closing date for each preorder batch will be shown in the top announcement bar.

每一期的截单日期都会注明在最上方的announcement bar

If your order includes both Ready Stock and Preorder items, the parcel will be shipped only after all Preorder items have arrived from the supplier.

如果订单里里包括有现货服饰 和 预定服饰，订单将会连同全部预定服饰抵达后 一起发货.

Shipping Rates

West Malaysia: RM8 ( Free Shipping Above RM180)

East Malaysia: RM15 ( Free Shipping Above RM200)

Singapore: First 3 items RM25 (Every additional 2 items +RM5)

What if my parcel is lost during delivery?

The courier company will claim a refund if the parcel is considered lost.
